what can u do if the stapler seems to be stuck in down position , won't staple and can not open to put more staples??

Before watching this I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how this put the binding on. Turns out it doesn't! This giant machine merely spreads the binding and I have to load it myself. Definitely would not have guessed that. Thanks for setting me straight. Now I have a cool dry-erase monthly calendar I can flip over, life is good.

Still dont know how to use it. Am I the only dumb here?

Yes! I was using it correctly but not properly 😅

DO NOT BUY MARTIN YALE. They are horrible at multifolds, each piece is folded differently as there is nothing to make sure it goes in straight. No top rollers or anything. There are holes like there should be something there but there is not. You will get rubbing on the metal guides because each piece is brought into the machine crooked. I will be selling this on ebay as soon as a much nicer model from a better company arrives. Nothing is upgraded from their old machines, also the new machine does not have a variable control like the old ones. Bad upgrade from my old machine.

So glad I purchased this, it's effortless to use, even if you have to reopen the binder to add pages, you can bind and punch simultaneously. Great machine

The lever to push down and open the jam compartment has a gray rubber covering on mine and the metal of the whole lever just bends down when applying a lot of force… it will never open. 😢

Hi, can this hole punch be adjusted for a 11x8.5 landscape binder? The rings are much closer together so the standard punch doesn't work.

This is by far the most problematic paper weight available on the market. That is about all it is good for because stapling is expecting way too much from this pricey junk

I have an issue with the claim on the packaging that the cover will lay flat when opened. That implies it will be easier to view and use documents inside with the binding strip in place, but the cover only lays flat without the binding strip on. Without binding, the papers inside are not controlled. With the strip in place, papers are definitely held tightly and better than less costly brands of removable spine covers, but a wide left document margin and some effort is required to view them.
